Legal basis for data processing:

 To the extent that the data subject's consent has been obtained for the processing of personal data, Article 6 paragraph 1 subparagraph 1a of the GDPR applies as the legal basis.

To the extent that the processing of personal data is necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of the Website Operator in the context of providing the purpose and function of the website, without jeopardizing the interests, fundamental rights or freedoms of the data subject, Article 6 paragraph 1 subparagraph 1f (GDPR) applies as a legal basis.
